My Vision
With over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant, I have always pursued a clear vision: to reconcile innovation, sustainability and a strong corporate culture. In 1993, I founded HUMMEL Systemhaus, which I developed into a leading company in building technology and successfully managed with over 80 employees. In 2020, the company was sold to STRABAG, and I stayed on board as Managing Director and Head of the Division until the end of 2023 to continue driving forward pioneering projects.
My goals
As an enthusiastic sailor, I know how much fun it is to sail close to the wind - the feeling of challenge, the direct contact with the elements and the determination to achieve a clear goal. This principle has also accompanied me in my entrepreneurial career: with a highly motivated team that always had the same goal in mind, we have mastered challenges and celebrated successes. Clear objectives and a corporate culture in which every individual is equally important and receives recognition have always been the foundations of our success.
