My Vision

My professional path is not a retreat from responsibility, but a conscious expansion of my field of activity.
After successfully selling my company to STRABAG so that it could be scaled and further developed with the strength and resources of a corporation, I now support decision-makers, executive boards, and supervisory boards at the strategic level. My motivation is to work with entrepreneurially minded people on equal terms to shape ways in which technology, profitability, and responsibility can work together.
My goals
As an avid sailor, I know how much energy, discipline, and team spirit it takes to reach the finish line against the wind. This image guides my entrepreneurial approach: Challenges are part of the course, and a clear view of the future is crucial. Over the past decades, together with my team, I have implemented ambitious projects, built structures, and assumed responsibility. Today, my focus is on supporting other companies that are willing to follow this path with courage, clarity, and consistent goal orientation. A culture in which every individual counts is, for me, the key to success.
