Shaping the future also means creating space for new ideas

As an entrepreneur, I created a location in Frickenhausen in 2012 that combines everything essential for future-oriented work: energy efficiency, flexibility, digitalization, and space for innovation. For more than ten years, this building served as the hub of my company – today it's ready for new things.




Why am I sharing this here?


Because transformation doesn't just begin in people's minds, it also requires space. And because I'm convinced that this location can be a true springboard for other entrepreneurs, organizations, universities, or startups—whether for warehousing, assembly, research, or as a collaborative location with me as a local partner.


A building that produces more energy than it consumes


Thanks to a photovoltaic system, infrared heating, intelligent building automation, and ventilation, the site produces a significant energy surplus . The energy generated here exceeds its own needs and is therefore available for charging, feeding into the grid, or other smart uses. Working here not only reduces costs but also reduces their ecological footprint – sustainably, economically, and future-proof .


Flexible use – also for co-working, project areas and temporary teams





In addition to traditional uses such as storage, production, or administration , co-working spaces , temporary project workspaces , or shared offices are also possible. This makes the location attractive for innovative working arrangements—for example, for start-ups, research groups, or temporary project teams.
